Every kit ships free of charge with tracked delivery to any UK address. Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation and typically arrive in 2–4 working days.

Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your kit all the way to your door.

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your kit. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, Calvin Klein boxers can only be returned or exchanged if the multipack is unopened; Crocs can be exchanged for a different size free of charge.

To start a return, email hello@urbanbasics.co.uk with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the items.

We only collect the details needed to process your order: your name, delivery address, contact details and chosen sizes. Orders are placed through our secure checkout, and card details are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection.

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by URBAN BASICS. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via hello@urbanbasics.co.uk, in line with UK GDPR.

The Essentials Kit (3× Calvin Klein cotton boxers + Crocs Classic Clog) is offered at £47.00 including free UK delivery, while stock lasts. The compare-at price reflects the combined recommended retail prices of the individual items.

An order is confirmed once your delivery details are submitted and payment is completed at our secure checkout. You receive an email confirmation straight away.
